Bonnie M. Muhlbach

Bonnie M. Muhlbach age 89, of Caldwell, OH formerly of Canton, OH, passed away Thursday evening November 13, 2014 at Southeastern Med in Cambridge, OH. She was born January 29, 1925 in Guernsey County, OH a daughter of the late Clarence Joe and Leah Lot Mendenhall.

Bonnie was a member of the Delta Chapter #539 OES and the District 13, Grand Chapter of Ohio, OES Legacy Chapter #596 in Canton, OH. In her younger years she enjoyed crocheting coat hangers, dish cloths and other items. She worked at the Timken Roller Bearing Plant and Sears.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Muhlbach, who passed away May 10, 1989; 3 sisters Isabel Dowling, Martha Davis and Bernadine Stewart; 1 brother Karl Mendenhall.

Those left to cherish her memory are, son Nelson Muhlbach of Massillon, OH; step-daughter Norma Geckler of Batavia, OH; 2 grandchildren Matt (Teresa) Muhlbach and Erica (Tom) Martin; 3 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and the caring staff at Summit Acres Skilled Nursing and Rehab.

Friends will be received Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will conclude visitation Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Friends Cemetery in Quaker City, OH.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Bonnies name.
