Betty I. Ellison

Life Legacy Betty I. Ellison age 84, of Caldwell, OH passed away Monday March 18th, 2013 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH. She was born June 4th, 1928 in Marietta, a daughter of the late William and Rebecca Lowery. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Ivan G. Ellison whom she married May 25th, 1963 and who passed away October 7th, 2012; 2 brothers Ernie, Eddie and Leroy Lowery; 2 sisters Jean Poulton and Ann Lee. She was loved and will be missed by her family, 2 sons Jeff (Amy) Ellison of Columbus, OH and Bill (Jane) Ellison of Newport, OH; 4 grandchildren Faith Ann and Cooper Steele Ellison, Ronnie and Lashley Early; 3 great grandchildren Lilly Poling, Camron Early and Keenon Early; 1 sister Mary Lee of Marietta; 2 brothers John (Phyllis) Lowery of Belpre, OH and Bob (Ruth) Lowery of Lithopolis, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday March 21st, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will be held Friday March 22nd, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Jim Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Sharon Cemetery near Caldwell.
