Barry H. Murphy age 68, of Marietta, OH passed away Wednesday April 8, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta. Son of the late Bob W. and Pat B. Beach Murphy.

He cherished the beauty of nature, but nothing brought him greater joy than his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Paul “PD” Murphy.

Those left cherish his memory are his wife, Marlene R. Murphy; two sons Nick W. (Megan) Murphy and Andy J. Murphy; grandchildren Rosella and Kya Murphy; nephew Jason P. (Darlene) Murphy.

Cremation will be observed with no additional services to be held at this time. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
