Anneliese H. Mcauley

Anneliese H. McAuley, age 86 of Caldwell, OH passed away Saturday morning, October 8th, 2011 at the Summit Acres Nursing & Rehab in Caldwell. She was born March 12, 1925 in Berlin, Germany a daughter of the late Eric Herman Otto Max Karl and Herta Kessler Ludwig. She was a member of the Cambridge and the Caldwell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed being outside in nature as well as sewing and knitting. She liked to cook and was a good baker. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a Son Frank K. McAuley; 2 Grandchildren Jessica and Timothy McAuley; 2 Sisters and 1 Brother that all resided in Berlin, Germany. She will be missed by her family, Husband James H. McAuley of Caldwell, whom she married March 20th, 1946; 5 Sons Raymond McAuley of Caldwell, James H. (Sherrie) McAuley of Logan, OH, John (Shawna) McAuley of Caldwell, Bruce (Geri) McAuley of Caldwell and Mike (Tonya) McAuley of Palatka, FL; Daughter-In-Law Ann McAuley of Macksburg, OH; 15 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received Tuesday, October 11th, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Dale Blackburn Officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home, with a cremation to follow and inurnment to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Caldwell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 16050 McConnelsville Road, Caldwell, OH 43724.
