Walter "Scottie" Reed Obituary

Walter S. “Scottie” Reed age 75, of Caldwell, OH passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at his home. He was born March 17, 1943 in Greenup County, KY a son of the late Walter and Clotine Church Reed.

Scottie served and protected his nation in the US Army. He was a lifelong truck driver and could often be seen working on many types of automobiles.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his youngest daughter Diana Reed and one sister Marilyn Reed.

Those left to cherish his memory are 4 daughters Tenna (Joel) White of Caldwell, Mary Bowen of Caldwell, Juanita Reed of Lancaster, OH, and Sue Reed of Hudson, FL; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a good friend Josie Loofbourrow of Caldwell. He is also survived by many friends.

Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
