Ruth Marie Warner

Ruth Marie Warner, age 77 of McConnelsville, OH formerly of Caldwell, OH passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at the Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville. She was born July 13, 1940 in Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late Walter C. and Verena M. Heppner Warner.

She was a member of the St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. She enjoyed working puzzles and embroidering. She was an avid 50 year fan of her favorite baseball team the Cincinnati Reds.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Robert “Bob” L. Warner and brother-in-law Arthur “Art” L. Bolen.

Those left to cherish her memory are 1 brother Larry (Norma) Warner of Hartville, OH; 4 sisters Judith M. Bolen of Dexter City, OH, Kathy Presnell of Cambridge, Elaine Warner of McConnelsville, and Marlene (John) Goodhart of Caldwell; sister-in-law Dora Ann Warner of Caldwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724, with a Vigil Service held at 8:00 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 11:00 am at the St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1036 Belford St, Caldwell, OH 43724, with Rev. Father Wayne Morris serving as Celebrant.  Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Caldwell.
