Roger L. Fulton

Roger L. Fulton age 69, of Warner, OH passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 at his home under the care of Absolute Home Health & Hospice. He was born May 21, 1949 in Homestead, FL a son of the late Herbert Lawrence and Madge Lee Shaffer Fulton.

He worked in construction most of his life, he owned his own contracting business where he traveled for years. He eventually was employed by Crock Construction working locally before he retired. He was an avid hunter. He loved being involved with his grandchildren and attending their many activities.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter Melissa Dawn Fulton; sister Carolyn Mae, and his soul mate Thelma R. Carna, whom he lost June 7, 2006.

Those left to cherish his memory, are Thelma’s family Steve M. Carna of Ashville, OH and his children Hunter, Melina, and Mya Carna; Stephanie (Charlie) Laswell of Caldwell, OH and their children Emalee, Hannah, and Jacob Laswell. Also survived by many friends.

Friends will be received for visitation Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will conclude visitation Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Chaplain Dee Ryan officiating. Burial will follow at the Salem Township Cemetery.
