Mildred Eileen Chandler age 80, of Lowell, OH passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the Summit Acres Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Caldwell, OH. She was born October 2, 1938 in Lowell, OH a daughter of the late Ollie and Goldie Westbrook Wagner.
She was a member of the Lowell Adams Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands Walter Dale DeLancey and Franklin G. Seese; daughter Linda K. DeLancey; sister Ruthella Wagner; 2 brothers Howard Wagner and Herman Wagner.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Harley R. “Bob” Chandler, whom she married March 1, 2005; daughter Debbie (Scott) Mankins of Lowell; son Walter Dale (Leanne) DeLancey of Lowell; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter; brother Ralph Wagner of Lowell; sister Edith (Clyde) Jackson of Marietta, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service will be held Friday, May 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Crooked Tree Cemetery near Dexter City, OH, with Rev. William Pickenpaugh officiating, with burial to follow. Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
