I worked with Dave for 25 years at CaDC and there will never be a kinder soul! The impact he had on everyone's life is like no other. He was loved dearly by people with disabilities whom lived at CaDC! Dave treated everyone with kindness and had such a gentleness to him that he was a master at dealing with the most challenging of situations. When seeing him at work and I would ask him how he was doing and his response was always, "happy to be here!" I will never forget him and the early days of hanging out with a Tammy at her sister Deb and Dave's! My condolences to all of you as I have been thinking of you all so much!!

So sorry for the DeLong family. I really appreciated Dave's unique personality and humor. I will miss him. He helped our family deal with difficult situations and I am forever grateful.

Dave kept 'hangin' in there' right to the end. What a fighter! I'll miss fishing in the rain with him.

My heart hurts for all of you. This gave me comfort. At the district convention last year Br Sheeter said this about our brithers and sisters who die."the last thing a Jehovah's Witness hears before they die is -- I'll be right back to wake you up " hope this helps

David, We will all miss you more than words can ever say. All of us have special memories of you, but Greyson said he will miss you taking him fishing, and when you would come visit him at mom's and he would crawl up on the couch with his blanket, and he would fall asleep cause he was close to his uncle David and felt comfortable and safe. We can all take solace in knowing you are with Dad and Darren and we all feel comfortable and safe knowing that. We love and miss you, Love always Dayle.
