Carla V. (Phillis) Horn

Carla V. Horn age 56, of Caldwell, OH passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 24, 1963 in Marietta, OH a daughter of Dale and Nancy King Phillis of Dexter City, OH.

Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her parents are her husband Cecil R. Horn, whom she married October 4, 1997; 2 sons William J. Horn of Caldwell and John E. (Roni) Horn of Pleasant City, OH; daughter Cali (Zachery) Miller of Caldwell; 7 grandchildren Acen, Weston, Addison, Leighton, Zoey, and Haisley Horn, and Braxton Miller; sister Darla (Ray) Timberlake of Lore City, OH; brother Dale Phillis of Dexter City; mother-in-law Frankie L. Horn of Pataskala, OH; father-in-law William H. (Carrie) Horn of Belle Valley, OH. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, December 2, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Beverly Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Hiramsburg Cemetery near Belle Valley. Memorial contributions may be directed in Carla's honor to the OSU James Cancer Center, 460 West 10th Avenue, Columbus,OH 43210.
