Anthony "Tony" Scott Lively

Anthony Scott “Tony” Lively age 37, of Summerfield, OH passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Summerfield. He was born March 24, 1981 in West Virginia a son of Tammy L. (Jamie) VanFossen of Summerfield and John K. Lively Sr. of Summerfield.

Tony was a 1999 Graduate of the Shenandoah High School. He was an outdoorsman and could often be found with a fishing pole in his hand. He often enjoyed kayaking with his Uncle Shawn. He had a passion and gift for playing the guitar he shared with family and friends. Most of all he loved his family and spending time with his two beautiful children and wife Chrissy.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his wife Christina Markley “Chrissy” Lively, whom he married Feb. 26, 2007; daughter Azlyn Paige Lively; son Preston Scott Lively; brother John K. Lively Jr. and his son Logan Lively; Shawn (Stephanie) Lively of Summerfield and their children Landon, Layken, & Hadley Lively; father-in-law James Markley of Parkersburg, WV; mother-in-law Laura K. Greathouse of New Martinsville, OH; sister-in-law Melissa (Chris) Fox of Parkersburg and her son Brayden Fox. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and many extended family members.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, June 15, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the service time at 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will be observed Friday, June 15, 2018 at the conclusion of visitation at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will follow in Eastern Cemetery in Summerfield.
