Biography
Tami M. Polen age 45, of Dudley, OH passed away Friday, May 28th, 2010 at her home. She was born January 24th, 1965 in Macksburg, OH a daughter of the late Elmer and Shirley West Williams.
Tami was a member of the First Baptist Church in Caldwell, where she was an Awana Leader and very active in Children’s Church. She was a Pre-School Teacher for many years for GMN Tri-County. She loved all children and enjoyed spending time with them.
She will be missed by her family, Husband Tom Polen of the home, whom she married June 23rd, 2001; Daughter Michele Rainer of Dudley; Son Vincent Allen and Shawna Jeffries of Belle Valley, OH; 2 Step-Daughters Misty (Jammie) Brock and Michele Polen all of Dudley; 7 Grandchildren Autumn, Mariza, Myranda, Mason, Zoey, Gavin and Apollo; 5 Brothers Allen Williams of Texas, Jerry (Tina) Williams of Macksburg, Justin (Vicki) Williams of Marietta, OH, Scott (Jennifer) Williams of Rogersville, TN, and Waylon (Summer) Williams of Summerfield, OH; Sister Debbie (Tom) Watkins of Ava, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends will be received Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian King Officiating. Burial will follow in Lund Cemetery near Macksburg. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 272, Caldwell, OH 43724.
