Loretta M. Green age 74, of Stockport, OH passed away Monday morning October 17, 2016 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. She was born May 15, 1942 in Summerfield, OH a daughter of the late Walter Henry and Freda King Wharton.
 
She was a devoted church member and could often be found spending time with fellow members of the Pennsville Church of Christ in Stockport, OH. She gained great enjoyment from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James F. Green, whom she married April 17, 1964 and who passed away Sept. 13, 2005; 1 sister Norma Gaab; 2 brothers Paul D. Henry and Charles Henry.
 
Those left to cherish her memory are a daughter Lynn (Mike) Linger of Beverly, OH; a son Allen (Beth) Green of Carey, OH; 5 grandchildren Joshua (Amanda), Michael (Evi), Jennifer, Tyler and A.J.; 5 great-grandchildren Ashton, Hannah, Danille, Brayden and Jaci. She is also survived by a large extended family and many friends.
 
The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A memorial service will conclude visitation at 4:00 PM Thursday in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Richard Powell and Ray Wright officiating. 
 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Pennsville Church of Christ, 1670 S. State Route 377, Stockport, Ohio 43787.
