Elaine Williams

Elaine Williams age 90, of Caldwell, OH passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at her residence under the care of Hospice of Guernsey Inc. and surrounded by her family. She was born January 15, 1926 in Dover, OH a daughter of the late James E. and Laura Baker Lallathin.

She was a member of the Caldwell United Methodist Church in Caldwell.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband Ralph Fleeman; a son Randy Fleeman and a sister Carolyn Williams.

Those left to cherish her memory are husband Raymond Dale Williams of the home; brother Bill (Jean) Lallathin of Caldwell; children Carol (Tim) Barnum of Zanesville, OH, Christopher (Julie) Fleeman of Marietta, OH, Peggy Thomas of Caldwell, Cindy Williams and David (Sherry) Williams all of Caldwell; 6 grandchildren Jason, James, Maria, Lindsay, Zach and Breanna; several great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Teresa Fleeman of Lower Salem, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

No services will be observed at this time. Interment will be held privately at the Masterton Cemetery in Lebanon, OH. Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724 has been entrusted to care for the family.
