For many years we have subscribed to an independent, quality assurance survey provided by the Ohio Funeral Director's Association. One of these surveys is provided to every family we serve at the conclusion of the funeral services. These surveys are used to get their feedback on how better we can improve our services and to ensure that Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service is upholding the core values of the Ohio Funeral Director's Association.
